From Bosue Vineyard at St Ewe, St Austell - literally just down the road from us.
A dry aromatic wine made exclusively from Cornish grown Phoenix & Orion Grapes harvested at Bosue Vineyard.
The wine is light & fresh, with fruit flavours of peach a hint of ripe apples.
Phoenix-Orion is best served slightly chilled.
'Regional Wine' status is only awarded to wines after they have had independent analysis and then passed a tasting panel of wine experts, overseen by the United Kingdom Vineyards Association.
