"I've just received my first order from you and wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent service! I requested delivery for today, fully expecting to have to wait in all day and my parcel has just arrived, brilliantly packaged with all the glass bottles i'd ordered safe and snug inside.
I also love the fact that you provide us with a free posting bag so we can send the packing foam back to you for recycling - I wish more companies would take a leaf out of your book.
